1. Exchange Eligibility:
We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, you must provide a video recording of the parcel opening video, clearly showing the defect or damage within 48 hrs of delievery.
2. How to Request an Exchange:
Step 1: Within 2 days of receiving your order, record a video of the parcel opening, ensuring the defect or damage is visible.
Step 2: Email the video, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue, to ajanokhijewellery@gmail.com.
Step 3: Our customer support team will review your submission and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
3. Conditions:
Exchanges are only available for the same item. If the item is out of stock, you will be offered a store credit or the option to wait for restocking.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items:
We do not accept exchanges for items without the parcel opening video.
Items showing signs of wear and tear, or those not in their original condition, will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs:
If the exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
